Last week a friend of mine posted on Facebook that she was in the process of downsizing and needed to sell some furniture and miscellaneous items. While professionally she had worked for years as a nurse, she spent much of her free time making gorgeous flower arrangements, wreaths, and other decorative items. While this was a  hobby that she had been passionate about for years, she felt God was leading her in a new direction and she wanted to sell many of her crafting supplies. I quickly sent her a message and here are some of the treasures I purchased from her.
Here is the front seat of my minivan. My entire van was stuffed. It was a good thing my children were spending the night with their a grandparents. LOL!
Beautiful silk flowers. Green and pink hydrangeas and small blue and white flowers.
View from the back of my van.
Baskets and fruit.
It took a while to get everything unloaded, and even longer to get it down into my basement. Here are some more photos of what I purchased.
That box has hundreds of decorative apples, pears, and other fruit.
Pretty, white decorative shelves.
That’s a vintage Singer sewing machine in the black box and there are floral stems, sea shells, picture frames, painting supplies, and pine cones too.
Gorgeous floral arrangement in the half birdcage.
Flowers, fruit, bird houses, baskets, and place mats.
I am looking forward to trying this electric glue skillet. My friend said this worked great for the floral wreaths she made.
And of course my cat Cupcake had to investigate everything. It seemed to meet his approval, especially that cute little fountain he is standing in front of.
Thanks again Debbie for letting me shop at your house. I found so many treasures that I will be able to use at home and for my business.

Well I guess you hit the mother lode Kathy! Thanks for sharing your beautiful “finds” with us at Vintage Charm :)
Haha Diana. Yes, I wondered if you might delete my “ugly” post since all the other posts were about much prettier items! As I said, I don’t plan on buying more of those and I hope they sell quickly! Kathy
